Expedited is one of the Five Core Services provided by Estes Express Lines. It covers virtually any time-sensitive shipment requiring delivery with extra speed or special care.

Expedited incorporates the services of Estes Guaranteed, Estes Air Forwarding LLC and Estes Innovative.

How do I contact Expedited?
If customers already have contacts with Estes Air Forwarding LLC, Guaranteed, or Innovative, they can continue to call these contacts directly. Customers who are unsure of which Expedited service they need can call 1-866-ESTES4U, and press option #2 to reach an Expedited specialist.

Who are the "Expedited Specialists," and where are they located?
Our Expedited Specialists are housed in the Guaranteed call center in Dale City, FL. They are specifically trained to assist customers with understanding Expedited shipping options. They can be reached Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.

Can Expedited handle freight that is odd-shaped or really difficult to move?
Yes, all odd-shaped or difficult-to-handle freight can be sent quickly and safely via Estes Innovative. The Innovative team provides the expertise and equipment to move even the most difficult freight efficiently.

If customers have Gold Medal shipments, who should they call? Guaranteed, or Expedited (1-866-ESTES4U, option #2)?
The 1-866-ESTES4U number was not meant to take the place of the customer relationships already established with either terminal staff or the individual Family of Services groups. It is meant to provide callers with a way to channel a request if they're not sure which service will best meet their needs. If customers already know that they have a Gold Medal shipment, they should contact Estes Guaranteed directly (1-800-645-3952).

Can the Expedited specialists give me a quote on shipments going to unique destinations such as China, Australia or Europe?
Yes, Expedited specialists can provide quotes for shipments going to unique destinations. Estes Air Forwarding LLC provides airfreight forwarding to virtually any destination worldwide.

Does the Expedited service include partial truckload or volume moves?
Time-sensitive partial truckload or volume moves are handled by Estes Innovative through the Expedited call center. Truckload, partial truckload or volume moves that are not time-sensitive are handled by Estes' Truckload department.
