Exceeding your expectations is always our goal at Estes. And now that we offer direct service to all 50 states, we’re in an even better position to accomplish that goal. By opening terminals in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North and South Dakota and Wisconsin, we are adding more next- and second-day lanes, as well as new direct lanes to key cities across the U.S.

Obviously, when we say all 50 states, we mean more than just the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii are part of our offshore services, which also include Puerto Rico. In fact, with services to major markets in Mexico as well as service to all ten Canadian provinces through our close alliance with TST Overland Express, we can deliver your freight to virtually anywhere in North America.

While we realize that territory is important, we also know it isn’t the only thing our customers care about. That’s why we have recently enhanced our safety credentials. I’m very proud to announce that Estes is one of the first LTL carriers in the nation to comply with the Transportation Security Administration’s requirements for making air cargo deliveries to outbound commercial aircraft.

These improvements show how serious we are about providing you with an outstanding customer experience no matter where your freight needs to go or how it needs to get there. Establishing higher standards and expanding our territory are just two of the many things we are doing to ensure that when we deliver solutions to you, we exceed your expectations every time.
