Department: Human Resources

• Interacting daily with employees and insurance vendors
• Keying information into the Lawson system
• Perform Word processing, filing and report writing
• Interpreting regulations and plan documents
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Office experience required, but claims processing experience preferred.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM
• Strong PC skills including Word and Excel
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent general office, customer service, and communication skills
